To ensure this is accomplished, it may be necessary for the Production Technician to transfer departments in order to support company needs. The Production Technician will interact daily with other team members, to successfully meet product demands. We are committed to providing a safe, harmonious, and respectful work environment and all employees are required to help us achieve this by practicing our core values.\nTo Speak the Truth\nTo Pursue Excellence\nTo Serve Each Other\nTo Practice Stewardship\n\nPosition Responsibilities:\n(Include, but are not limited to, the following)\nAbide by all trained safety regulations for the role.\nReview all material used for defects as per quality specification training.\nAccurately record and communicate all scrap as a result of defective material.\nReview work order travelers and determine specifications for all products ensuring all orders are produced as per the details reviewed.\nEnsure proper knowledge and ability of the equipment being used.\nPerform all steps as per training to the work instruction.\nMaintain quality by strictly adhering to the steps as outlined in the work instructions paying attention to critical quality steps as outlined in training.\nMeet production efficiency levels as indicated during training.\nReport production completion accurately, on a daily basis.\nComplete daily workstation cleaning and organization as per checklist.\nComplete washroom and lunchroom cleaning as per checklist and rotation schedule.\nReport to the Team lead any defects or abnormalities as they occur.\n\nPosition Requirements:\nSuperior attention to detail. \nAbility to maintain composure, and work accurately and quickly during sustained periods of high pressure.\nMeet or exceed product volumes as indicated by operational requirements.\nComfortable in a team environment together with a keen understanding of team accomplishments.\nA genuine desire to provide customer service at the highest level.\nAbility to remain focused when completing very repetitive tasks.\nExcellent attitude towards workplace safety, and quality of product/materials.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.\nAbility to maintain a positive and professional attitude in dealing with internal and external contacts.\n\nShift Times and Wage\nMorning and Evening shifts available\nEither 6am-2:30pm or 2:30pm -
