With more than 1,600 employees representing 27 nationalities, the company fosters a multicultural workplace where women account for 53% of the workforce and 40% of the Senior Leadership Team.\nGrounded in its shared values of integrity, quality, innovation, leadership and performance, and guided by strong business ethics and a commitment to its vision, Pharmathen remains dedicated to its founding mission: improving patients' lives.\nPharmathen offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a Technology Transfer Research Scientist to join our team at our Sapes premises.\nAs a Technology Transfer Research Scientist, you will be Ιs accountable for carrying out and supporting all stages of a new product scale up through analytical method validation and analysis related to trials and process validation batches.\nRequirements\nMore particularly:\nWhat you will do:\nFollow the rules of hygiene and control of health status as defined in the relevant Policies and Standard Operating Procedures\nParticipate in the development and validation of analytical methods and the improvement of existing ones\nParticipate in the preparation of reports for scale up trials and process validation\nExecute analysis of the prepared scale up trials and validation batches\nParticipate in stability studies as per the approved protocols\nAdhere to safety and housekeeping requirements\nEvaluate and interpret experimental data\nEnsure that all consumables are available before the execution of the analysis\nThe ideal candidate should have:\nMinimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or other relevant science\nMaster’s Degree or a PhD in Pharmaceutical Technology, Polymer Science or any other relevant field\nAt least 2 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry or equivalent academic experience\nJob-Specific Skills:\nExcellent communication in English language (writing & speaking)\nGood communication and collaboration skills\nComputer literacy\nMultitasking\nBenefits\nWhat you'll gain:\nInvolvement in a high-caliber, team-oriented and dynamic environment\nExposure to divers business opportunities, challenges and best practices\nGreat opportunity to leverage and develop your business knowledge and skills\nJoin our team and experience the unique Pharmathen’s culture that gives you the opportunity to innovate, to make decisions, to achieve your own potential and to chart your own career.\nPharmathen is an equal opportunity employer.
