The TPM partners closely with BI Developers, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, with a strong emphasis on Databricks, modern data platforms, and scalable analytics.\nResponsibilities\nProduct Ownership & Strategy\n· Own and maintain the Business Intelligence product roadmap with supporting BI Manager, aligning priorities with organizational goals, priorities, and stakeholder needs.\n· Lead and organize sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management for BI developers\n· Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for BI developers and data engineers.\n· Drive continuous improvement of BI products, ensuring usability, scalability, and alignment with business outcomes.\n· Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, BI developers, and IT Management.\nTechnical Leadership\n· Provide technical direction for BI initiatives, including data modeling, dashboard development, and analytics architecture.\n· Partner with Data Engineering to define data pipelines, transformation logic, and data quality standards.\n· Guide the design and development of BI solutions using Databricks, SQL, Power BI, and other enterprise analytics tools.\n· Ensure BI products adhere to best practices in data governance, security, and performance optimization.\nTeam Development & Collaboration\n· Mentor and support BI developers, fostering growth in technical skills, solution design, and agile delivery.\n· Promote a culture of curiosity, innovation, and continuous learning within the BI team.\n· Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across IT, engineering, analytics, and business units.\nExecution & Delivery\n· Lead requirements gathering with developers, and stakeholder alignment for new BI products and enhancements.\n· Oversee development of dashboards, datasets, and analytical models that support operational, clinical, financial, or strategic needs.\n· Ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments and maintain transparency through documentation and communication.\n· Identify risks, remove blockers, and escalate issues appropriately to maintain project momentum.\nQualifications\nEducation/Learning Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline required.\nEquivalent combination of education and professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Product Management may be considered\nMaster’s degree in business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.\nDemonstrated experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, BI Developer, or similar hybrid role.\nStrong hands-on experience with:Databricks, ASDB or similar\nSQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT concepts\nPower BI or similar visualization tools\n\nProven ability to lead agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs.\nExperience working with modern data platforms\nStrong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.\nExperience mentoring and growing others without direct authority.\nSkills/Knowledge:\n· Strong analytical reasoning skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable requirements.\n· Excellent organization and planning skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain structured documentation, and support predictable delivery cycles.\n· Deep understanding of source system analysis, including defining data sources, transformation requirements, and designing scalable data models.\n· Demonstrated ability to apply efficient development techniques, coding standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across BI solutions.\n· Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitate alignment, and escalate issues appropriately.\n· Knowledge of measurement methodologies, KPI development, and data collection standards across diverse business lines.\n· Proficiency with Databricks and modern data platforms, including distributed compute concepts, Delta Lake, and cloud-based data architecture.\n· Ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n· Solid understanding of agile delivery practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative development.\n· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes, evaluate alternatives, and recommend effective solutions.\n· Ability to mentor and support BI developers, fostering growth, collaboration, and continuous
