The ideal candidate is a proactive leader capable of building a strong safety culture, managing national-level risk profiles, and developing regional HSE teams to ensure operational excellence.\nKey Duties & Responsibilities:HSE Strategy & Planning: Develop, update, and execute the annual Group HSE plan and set measurable KPIs across all operating facilities.\n\nRegulatory Compliance & External Audits: Lead compliance with Egyptian labor/environmental laws, regulatory bodies, and international standards (ISO / GMP / WHO); ensure licenses, permits, and inspection requirements are continuously maintained.\n\nAudit & Inspection Leadership: Plan and execute internal HSE audits and coordinate third-party regulatory inspections, ensuring thorough closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).\n\nIncident Data & Central Reporting: Establish and govern a unified centralized reporting system for incidents, near-misses, and violations;
