Please note that remote work is not available at this time.\nFull-time roles involve working 40 hours per week, \nPart- time and Full-time Roles include participation in a weekend schedule\nPlease email  to discuss flexibility in your working schedule \nKey Responsibilities:\nTeam Leadership\nCollaborate with a team of Pharmacists to facilitate efficient medication dispensing.\nFoster a positive and cooperative team atmosphere.\nAssist in mentoring junior staff and trainees, helping them develop skills and confidence.\nPromptly and accurately address queries from the Pharmacy Team\nPatient Care\nPerform Clinical Checks and verify that prescriptions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.\nEvaluate the suitability of prescriptions and dispensed medications, providing patient-centred care.\nConduct final accuracy checks on dispensed medications.\nDeliver comprehensive counselling on medication use, potential side effects, and adherence.\nPrescriber & Healthcare Professional Support\nRespond to medical inquiries from prescribers and healthcare professionals.\nProvide guidance on drug interactions, dosing, and optimal prescribing practices.\nRegulatory Compliance & Safety\nEnsure adherence to GPhC standards, UK regulations, and internal procedures.\nMaintain patient safety protocols throughout all pharmacy operations.\nProfessional Development & Continuous Learning\nRemain up to date on advancements in pharmacy and health\nRequirements\nEssential Requirements\nMust have a current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).\nMust have a qualification as a Pharmacist (MPharm degree or equivalent).\nIdeally will have a minimum of two years post-registration experience. \nNewly qualified pharmacists who demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care will be considered\nFoundation Pharmacists who have completed their training and are awaiting GPhC registration will be considered, but should make their registration status clear in their application/cover letter. \nThe Pharmacist role is a full-time position that involves working 40hours each week, including weekends.\nWhile we welcome applications for part-time roles, please note that full time remote work is currently not an option.\nKey Skills and Attributes\nWe are seeking candidates who demonstrate the following core competencies:\n Exceptional Attention to Detail \n Excellent Interpersonal Communication \n Strong Written and Verbal English Proficiency \n Effective Time Management and Prioritisation \n A Strong Focus on Patient Care and Experience \nIn addition to technical skills, we highly value personal attributes that enhance the patient journey and align with our Pharmacy’s values:\n Personable and Approachable -
