Our ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is dedicated to providing the highest standards of patient care and safety.\nPlease Note: Applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.\nWork Arrangements\nWe are currently recruiting for both full-time and part-time in-person roles. Please note that remote work is not available at this time.\nFull-time role involves working 40 hours per week, including every Saturday 09:00am - 5:00pm \nPart-time roles require a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week. Specific working patterns can be discussed during the application process, only non-negotiable is that Saturdays will be required whether full or part time. \nKey Responsibilities:\n Dispense medications accurately against prescriptions, following pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and UK pharmacy regulations.\nProvide support and guidance to patients and prescribers, responding to clinical and non-clinical queries within your scope of practice.\nApply the skills and knowledge gained through your NVQ3 Pharmacy Technician training to actively support the wider Pharmacierge team. This includes contributing to the training and development of dispensary and support staff, while helping to uphold the high standards of care and service that Pharmacierge is known for.\nMaintain accurate records and assist with stock control, including ordering, replenishment, and expiry checks.\nSupport safety and quality assurance initiatives, including identifying and reporting any discrepancies or concerns related to medication safety.\nRequirements\nTo be considered for the Pharmacy Technician role at Pharmacierge, you MUST have the following qualifications and experience:\n Hold an NVQ Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Qualification (or equivalent as recognised by the General Pharmaceutical Council)\n Be a Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) \nCandidates who have completed their training and are awaiting GPhC registration will also be considered\n Demonstrate strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, policies, and standard operating procedures\n Exhibit excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment\n Possess outstanding communication skills and a patient-centric approach to service delivery\nIf you do not meet the requirements for this role but remain interested in joining Pharmacierge, we encourage you to visit our careers page to explore other current and future opportunities that may be better suited to your skills and experience: https://apply.workable.com/pharmacierge/\nJoin us at Pharmacierge and be part of the future of private pharmacy care!\nThis position will close on Monday 28th September 2026.
