This isn't just relationship management - you'll be the crucial bridge connecting cutting-edge e-prescribing technology with the clinicians who rely on it every day.\nThe working hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 9:00am to 6:00pm. This will initially be an onsite role, once probation has been passed there is an option to work from home 2 days per week dependent on demand volumes.\nApplicants must have the Right to Work in the UK as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.\nPharmacierge has established strong foundations and are now scaling rapidly. Your Mission: You'll foster and deepen relationships with partner clinicians and clinics, ensuring they get maximum value from our revolutionary mPrescribe® app. Beyond maintaining relationships, you'll identify growth opportunities, solve problems, and be the voice of our clients across the organisation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nNurture client relationships through strategic engagement that converts to expanded usage\nOwn the client experience from sales handover through their entire journey with us\nExecute our Account Management strategy with a focus on achieving growth targets\nResolve commercial and operational issues, working closely with our dispensary team\nPresent and pitch our e-prescribing solutions to maximise adoption\nCollaborate with marketing to ensure materials resonate with clinical practitioners\nGather and channel client feedback to drive product improvements\nRepresent Pharmacierge at industry conferences and client events\nRequirements\nWhen reviewing your CV and application, we’ll be looking for evidence of the following:\nProven experience in account management, client relationships, or customer success\nSelf-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment with changing priorities\nConfident communicator across phone, digital, and in-person interactions\nExcellent presentation skills with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly\nExperience using CRM software to manage client relationships\nHealthcare sector experience is a plus but not required\nWe reserve the right to close this vacancy if we receive a high volume of suitable applications.
