and customer acquisition.\n· Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for content growth.\n· Optimise website and app content to improve search visibility and rankings.\n· Monitor and support improvements to technical SEO, site performance and user experience.\n· Collaborate with Ecommerce, Content and Analytics teams to improve conversion performance.\n· Assist with content planning and creation, ensuring alignment with SEO best practice.\n· Support digital PR and backlink-building activities to increase brand visibility.\n· Use tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console to analyse and report on performance.\n· Test and evaluate SEO initiatives, making recommendations based on results.\n· Stay up to date with SEO trends and share best practice across the business.\nWho are we looking for?\n· Extensive experience in SEO, either in-house or agency-side\n· Experience growing organic traffic and improving search performance\n· Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools such as Screaming Frog\n· Understanding of technical SEO, site performance and structured data\n· Experience planning, creating or optimising content for search\n· Confident analysing data and translating insights into action\n· Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately\n· Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines\n· Collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships across teams\n· Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and keeping up to date with SEO trends\nWhat happens
