Follow map/directions to locate delivery locations efficiently.\nUnloads products as per client specifications while providing excellent customer service.\nActs as a customer service liaison for the company, including treating all internal and external customers with respect, listening to and assisting in resolving customer complaints. Informs management of complaints or requests in a timely manner.\nAccepts returns from clients where applicable. Breaks down delivery cases, disposes of radioactive materials and sanitizes lead pigs.\nCompletes appropriate paperwork for deliveries and returns.\nMaintains the cleanliness and appearance of the inside and outside of delivery vehicles and facility. Assists with the stocking of products and supplies throughout Facility as well as tracking inventory. Notifies Pharmacy Manager when products or supplies are low, need to be re-ordered or replaced.\nPerforms routine safety checks on vehicles and pre-trip vehicle inspections according to company guidelines. Immediately reports all vehicle maintenance issues or malfunctions to Pharmacy Manager.\nFollows Standard Operating Procedures while safely carrying out the responsibilities of position. Complies with all company safety standards, and all federal, state and local laws.\nObtains required DOT training and certification.\nWorks various shifts based on the needs of the location\nPerforms other related duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager.\nJob Requirements │ Skills │Education:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent with valid state driver's license required.\nMust have and maintain clean driving record.\nMust have ability to efficiently plan routes and exhibit proper driving etiquette.\nMust have the ability to drive in all types of weather and road conditions safely.\nAbility to work a variety of schedules including early mornings, days, nights, holidays, weekends, overtime, and on-call as needed.\nMust possess excellent critical-thinking, interpersonal communication and customer service skills. As well as good judgement and self-discipline.\nPrior driving, delivery and/or customer service experience preferred.\nMay be required to pass physical fitness (assessment of strength, endurance and stamina) to evaluate physical ability to perform regular duties of the job.\nPhysical Requirements:\nManual dexterity for manipulating small items; regularly lift at least 50 pounds throughout each shift and to be able to lift 75 pounds on occasion.\nAble to handle standing, walking and sitting for 4+ hours with limited rest intervals; \nGood eye-hand coordination; fair eyesight (with or without correction lenses); \nNormal hearing in at least one ear (hearing range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz); \nAbility to analyze situations, set priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; \nEffective organizational skills; \nA commitment to continuous learning; \nAn ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.\nPHC offers a competitive compensation package and superior benefits.
