Assesses medications to determine identity, purity and strength. Ensure all nuclear products meet the quality and efficiency standards. Complies with all Company, State and Federal requirements for the handling and shipping of radioactive material. Keeps the laboratory clean as per regulatory specifications.\nActs as a customer service liaison for the company, including treating all internal and external customers with respect, listening to and assisting in resolving customer complaints. Informs management of complaints or requests in a timely manner.\nIf needed, ensures the timely delivery of nuclear pharmacy products to predetermined customers on specific routes while meeting internal schedule and quality standards. Unloads products as per client specifications while providing excellent customer service. Accept returns from clients where applicable. Break down delivery cases, dispose of radioactive materials and sanitizes lead pigs.\nCompletes appropriate paperwork for deliveries and returns.\nAssists with the stocking of products and supplies throughout Facility as well as tracking inventory. Notifies the Pharmacy Manager when products or supplies are low, need to be re-ordered or replaced.\nFollows Standard Operating Procedures while safely carrying out the responsibilities of position. Complies with all company safety standards, and all federal, state and local laws.\nPerforms other job-related duties as required by the Pharmacy Manager and Staff Nuclear Pharmacist.\nJob Requirements I Skills I Education:\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent required.\nMust have and maintain clean driving record.\nAbility to work a variety of schedules including evenings, holidays and weekends.\nMust possess excellent critical-thinking, interpersonal communication and customer service skills. As well as good judgment and self-discipline.\nApplicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a Valid State driver's license.\nPhysical Requirements:\nManual dexterity for manipulating small items.\nRegularly lift at least 50 pounds throughout each shift and to be able to lift 75 pounds on occasion.\nAble to handle standing, walking and sitting for 4+ hours with limited rest intervals.\nGood eye-hand coordination; fair eyesight (with or without correction lenses) and normal hearing in at least one ear (hearing range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz).\nAbility to analyze situations, set priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nEffective organizational skills.\nA commitment to continuous learning.\nAn ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.\nPHC offers a competitive compensation package and superior benefits.
