implement mitigation strategies to address challenges and resource constraints.\nJob Requirements, Skills and Education\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:\n5+ years of project/program management experience, operations, operational excellence, or business analytics.\nPMP® certification, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred (PgMP® or PfMP® a plus).\nDemonstrated success leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.\nDemonstrated experience leading continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives with measurable results.\nProficiency with project management and business tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel), including building KPI dashboards and reports\nSKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:\nSystems thinker who connects individual projects to portfolio priorities and organizational strategy.\nChange leadership: introduces new processes and standard work and drives adoption across teams and sites.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, building productive working relationships across functions and sites.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment and influence decision-making in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrated ability to identify risks, assess impacts and implement effective mitigation strategies.\nStructured problem solver with a track record of rapidly aligning cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.\nData-driven and pragmatic, using analytics to support decisions while maintaining execution efficiency.\nHighly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results with minimal supervision.\nAble to balance strategic, big-picture thinking with attention to detailed project execution\nPHC offers a competitive compensation package and superior benefits.
