With more than 1,600 employees representing 27 nationalities, the company fosters a multicultural workplace where women account for 53% of the workforce and 40% of the Senior Leadership Team.\nGrounded in its shared values of integrity, quality, innovation, leadership and performance, and guided by strong business ethics and a commitment to its vision, Pharmathen remains dedicated to its founding mission: improving patients' lives.\nPharmathen offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit an IT Support Analyst / Serialization to join our team at our Sapes premises.\nAs an IT Support Analyst / Serialization, the role is responsible for supporting the development, validation and administration of IT Serialization and Packaging applications, while overseeing the daily operation of serialized machines, systems and Master Data and providing relevant feedback to key stakeholders.\nThe position performs Serialization operations to support data transmission and serial number availability, while providing technical support for Packaging and Serialization systems and related Business Applications. It also supports internal users by troubleshooting systems, applications, devices and other technical issues in collaboration with the IT Department.\nRequirements\nMore particularly:\nWhat you will do:\nSupport Packaging operations and coordinate with the core IT team for incidents, requests and technical issues related to Packaging systems and activities\nAdministrate and support Serialization applications used within Packaging operations\nManage and maintain Master Data across Serialization applications according to Packaging and facility requirements.\nParticipate at generation and execution of various GMP related documents and protocols, including several of the followings: URS, FS/DS, IQ, OQ & PQ\nCreate and maintain advanced reports and data analyses using appropriate reporting tools to support Packaging and Serialization operations\nSupport troubleshooting of Packaging and Serialization hardware and systems and provide technical support during Serialization operations\nProvide first and second-level technical support for Packaging-related systems, applications, equipment, printers, peripherals and other technical infrastructure, in collaboration with the IT team where required\nPerform routine checks of Packaging-related technical infrastructure and equipment interfaces, including network connectivity, UPS, power supply and other supporting infrastructure, in coordination with the relevant IT and Engineering teams\nSupport local onboarding and offboarding activities related to Packaging systems, applications and user access, in coordination with the relevant IT functions\nSupport the installation, configuration and maintenance of operating systems, software applications and hardware components associated with Packaging and Serialization systems\nParticipate in projects related to Packaging, Serialization, systems and associated technical infrastructure, and support the setup and maintenance of related meeting and collaboration infrastructure when required\nAssist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems and applications\nCollaborate with Packaging, IT, Engineering, Quality and other relevant functions to escalate complex technical issues and coordinate their resolution\nThe ideal candidate should have:\nBSc in Computer Science or equivalent field\nAt least 2 years of relevant professional experience in IT\nExperience in supporting business applications, Packaging systems, Serialization systems or end-user technical support will be considered an asset\nJob-Specific Skills:\nExcellent command of Microsoft Office suite\nKnowledge of business and IT applications\nUnderstanding of computer networks, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques\nGood knowledge of English language\nAbility to think through problems and visualize solutions\nProblem-solving skills\nAbility to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization\nBenefits\nWhat you'll gain:\nInvolvement in a high-caliber, team-oriented and dynamic atmosphere\nExposure to challenging business issues and practices\nGreat opportunity to leverage and develop your business knowledge and skills\nJoin our team and experience the unique Pharmathen’s culture that gives you the opportunity to innovate, to make decisions, to achieve your own potential and to chart your own career.\nPharmathen is an equal opportunity employer.
