These include routine and non-routine microbiological tests on in-process and final container products, as well as environmental monitoring samples. This position also contributes to the completion of routine technical tasks.\nMore particularly:\nWhat you’ll do:\nMonitor samples, in-process product samples, raw materials, and environmental monitoring (EM) samples\nMaintain accurate and complete test records\nMaintain sample logs on a daily basis to ensure timely testing and tracking of all samples\nConduct and communicate results of lab investigations when test results fall outside pre-established specifications (OOS)\nSupport activities regarding audits of suppliers and contract labs in support of vendor certification program\nRequirements\nThe ideal candidate should have:\n BSc Degree in Microbiology and Biomedical Sciences\n 0 - 2 years of experience in a similar role will be considered an asset\n Job-Specific Skills:\n Excellent communication in English language (writing & speaking)\n Competent in microbiological laboratory instrumentation\n Strong problem solving skills\n Able to work in rotating shifts\n Benefits\nWhat you will gain:\n Involvement in a high-caliber, team-oriented and dynamic atmosphere\n Exposure to challenging business issues and practices\n Great opportunity to leverage and develop your business/scientific knowledge and skills\n Join our team and experience the unique Pharmathen’s culture that gives you the opportunity to innovate, to make decisions, to achieve your own potential and to chart your own career.\n Pharmathen is an equal opportunity employer.
