The role will contribute to maintaining accurate procurement information, supporting reporting activities and ensuring the effective administration and continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems.\nRequirements\nMore particularly:\nWhat you will do:\nContract Management & Administration\nMaintain the contracts repository\nUpload and update contracts in SAP and SharePoint\nTrack contract expiration and renewal dates\nProcurement Administration\nCreate and monitor POs with complex payment terms (eg milestones)\nCategory Management Support\nSupplier mapping per spend category\nUpdate and Maintain Price Lists (eg in consumables)\nSpend Analytics\nConsolidate spend data from SAP and other sources\nSupport category managers with basic spend analysis\nPrepare spend reports by supplier and category (and site if possible)\nProcurement Digitalization\nSupport SAP clean-up activities\nAssist in standardizing supplier and spend category /material coding in a Procurement baseline\nThe ideal candidate should have:\n1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain or a related function\nHands-on experience with SAP, preferably in a Procurement/Purchasing environment\nJob-Specific Skills:\nGood knowledge of MS Excel and ability to work with and organize procurement data. \n Basic understanding of procurement processes and Purchase Order management\n Familiarity with spend reporting and basic data analysis\n Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date information\n Good communication and collaboration skills\n Good command of English, both written and spoken\nBenefits\nWhat you'll gain:\nInvolvement in a high-caliber, team-oriented and dynamic environment\nExposure to divers business opportunities, challenges and best practices\nGreat opportunity to leverage and develop your business knowledge and skills\nJoin our team and experience the unique Pharmathen’s culture that gives you the opportunity to innovate, to make decisions, to achieve your own potential and to chart your own career.\nPharmathen is an equal opportunity employer.
