Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers.\n\n- Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.\n\n- Architect and implement microservices-based applications.\n\n- Drive system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.\n\n- Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.\n\n- Identify performance bottlenecks and drive optimization initiatives.\n\n- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams.\n\n- Break down complex requirements into technical tasks and provide development estimates.\n\n- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining code quality.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide the team in resolving them.\n\nRequired Technical Skills :\n\n- Strong proficiency in Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, and Java 8+ features.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Framework.\n\n- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs.\n\n- Experience in System Design, HLD, and LLD.\n\n- Good knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles.\n\n- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.\n\n- Understanding of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.\n\n- Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an added advantage.\n\nLeadership & Soft Skills :\n\n- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.\n\n- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Ability to take ownership of technical decisions and project delivery.\n\n- Experience conducting code reviews and driving engineering best practices.\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related
