As an A/R Process Analyst you will play an important part of our team with managing and analyzing financial transactions within our billing and collections department. If you like to problem solve, love numbers, and have great analytical skills this is the position for you!\nResponsibilities\nAnalyze aging for assigned operations and follow up on all outstanding accounts. Provide proper coding and comments for all outstanding balances.\nIdentify payor issues and report out.\nComplete follow up process to ensure full adjudication of claims. \nIdentifies adjustments throughout the month for assigned Operations.\nTimely follow up on insurance claim denials, exceptions, or exclusions.\nMaintain open communication with Billing Specialist, Cash Application Analyst and Operations.\nSend cash transfer & check requests to the cash team. \nReading and interpreting insurance explanation of benefits.\nRespond to inquiries from insurance companies, patients, and providers. \nWorks in Waystar to identify denials and timely resolution.\nTimely follow up of accounts to ensure timely filing limits are met.\nPerforms general accounts receivable functions regarding revenue billing and cash processes. \nQualifications\nHigh School diploma or equivalent, Associate’s degree or higher preferred.\nAt least 2 years healthcare billing, private insurance and/or federally funded programs, researching aging and claims.\nExperience in reading and understanding remits for denial reasons and experience with State Billing Portal sites, preferred.\nExperience in filing claim appeals with insurance companies to ensure maximum entitled reimbursement preferred.\nResponsible use of confidential information.\nMust have strong/professional communication skills (email and phone) as well as computer skills to include Microsoft Excel.\nMust understand conditions of payment and experience with State billing portals preferred.\nHCHB (Home Care Home Base) experience preferred.\nHome Health Hospice related experience preferred.\nAbout our Line of Business\nBrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
