If you're motivated to give our clients a more positive quality of life we encourage you to apply today!\nResponsibilities\nAssist Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Manager with clinical and administrative tasks.\nAssist with developing interventions focusing on positive practices to decrease interfering behavior and increase functional skills, including creating materials for use with various behavior programs, including in-home therapy and at schools.\nProvide ongoing training and consultation for families in the implementation of positive supports and behavioral interventions to reduce interfering behaviors, in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and their child's specific goals.\nAssist with developing goals in a range of areas including communication, functional living skills, social skills, self-help skills, and recreational and leisure skills in consultation with the clinical supervisor.\nAssist the clinical supervisor in the intake process, observations, and preparation of the consumer's initial behavior assessment.\nShadow Behavior Therapists, review progress reports and data and provide periodic reviews of Behavioral Therapists' performance, including providing on-going verbal and written feedback to Behavior Therapists.\nConduct Inter-Observer Agreements (IOA) to ensure accuracy of client data, coach Behavior Therapists to reduce data discrepancies.\nProvide therapy sessions for assigned clients.\nQualifications\nMust be enrolled in Master's program or have Master’s Degree in related field\n2-3 years experience working as a Behavior Therapist.\n2-3 years experience working with children age 2-18 with developmental disabilities.\nAbout our Line of Business\nSpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, offers a holistic approach and integrated care for people with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities who often need additional resources.
