This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nResponsibilities\nAssist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and dashboards for internal stakeholders\nSupport budgeting and financial planning processes\nConduct financial analysis on company performance, trends, and key metrics\nAssist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures\nHelp reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information\nMaintain financial databases and track key performance indicators (KPIs)\nSupport audit preparation by gathering and organizing financial documentation\nParticipate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data\nAssist in creating presentations and materials for internal financial reviews\nQualifications\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field\nMinimum 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale)\nCompleted introductory finance and accounting courses\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus\nDetail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to work independently and within a team environment\nHigh level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality\nExperience with financial software or ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday) is a plus\nAbout our Line of Business\nBrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
