This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality integrations and applications, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the highest standards of data integrity and security.\nResponsibilities\nIntegration Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).\nApplication Development: Develop and support Oracle APEX applications and PL/SQL code.\nData Management: Perform complex data analysis and manipulation to support business intelligence and reporting needs.\nDatabase Design and Modeling: Expertise in database design, normalization, and ER modeling.\nIntegration and Automation: Implement reliable and efficient data integration and automation services.\nProduction Support: Troubleshoot production issues across various business areas and technologies.\nPerformance Optimization: Optimize database and application performance, including tuning PL/SQL code and indexing strategies.\nCollaboration: Work closely with business clients, IT staff, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement improvements.\nDocumentation: Maintain accurate documentation of data structures, queries, reports, and development processes. Develop and institutionalize software user manuals and technical reports.\nQuality Assurance: Manage quality assurance and testing efforts to ensure the reliability and performance of integrations and applications.\nSecurity and Compliance: Ensure integrations and applications adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.\nContinuous Improvement: Apply business process improvement practices and re-engineering methodologies to enhance integration and application development and deployment processes.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in PL/SQL programming, including triggers, procedures, packages, and functions.\nKnowledge and experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX).\nExperience with Oracle Financial Applications is a significant advantage.\nFamiliarity with database administration and architecture.\nAdvanced knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).\nProficiency in Oracle PL/SQL.\nStrong knowledge of Oracle APEX and associated web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).\nExpertise in database design, normalization, and ER modeling.\nUnderstanding of Oracle security features and best practices.\nStrong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff.\nExcellent analytical skills with a strong working knowledge of problem-solving and root cause analysis.\nAbility to diagnose and resolve routine and advanced system technical issues.\nStrong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and impact business results across teams.\nAbility to work under pressure and adjust to changing priorities and circumstances.\nContinuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle technologies and software development practices.\nExceptionally detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.\nStrong teamwork and interpersonal skills; must be able to form positive relationships with business partners and peers.\nStrong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to perform with a sense of urgency.\nAbout our Line of Business\nBrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
