In this role, you will support the administration and continuous improvement of Phasor Engineering's Health, Safety, and Environmental programs while partnering closely with the HR and Operations teams. You will play a key role in ensuring employees have the training, resources, and support they need to work safely and effectively, while helping maintain compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements throughout Canada and the United States.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about workplace safety, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport the HSE team in maintaining program documentation, records, and administrative processes in accordance with company standards.\nCoordinate new hire onboarding activities, including employee engagement, collection of training records, delivery of onboarding materials, and documentation of completed requirements.\nManage the assignment, tracking, and review of safety training, Safe Work Practices, and Job Safety Analyses.\nCoordinate third-party training with approved vendors as required.\nAssist with the reporting, tracking, and monitoring of incidents, hazards, near misses, and corrective actions.\nSupport incident investigations by monitoring progress and helping ensure corrective actions are completed and closed out in a timely manner.\nMaintain HSE metrics, reports, dashboards, and related data.\nParticipate in and support internal and external compliance audits, including COR, NSC, DOT, CNSC, and other regulatory or client requirements.\nMonitor and maintain contractor and client compliance platforms such as ISNetworld, Avetta, and similar systems.\nHandle confidential employee and company information with professionalism and discretion.\nCollaborate with employees, leadership, and field teams to promote a strong and positive safety culture throughout the organization.\nWhat You Bring\nA genuine passion for workplace health, safety, and employee well-being.\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.\nA professional, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.\nThe ability to build positive working relationships and effectively collaborate with both office and field personnel.\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.\nWhy Join Phasor?\nAt Phasor Engineering, you'll join a growing team that values safety, collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
