You'll also provide day-to-day recruitment administration and HR support while contributing to a positive candidate and employee experience.\nIf you enjoy building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and helping teams find great people, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while supporting complex engineering and infrastructure projects across North America. #phasorinclusive #highvoltage\nWhat You'll Do\nManage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection \nCoordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process \nSupport onboarding activities, including preparing new hire documentation, maintaining employee records, and ensuring all onboarding requirements are complete \nPrepare employment-related documentation, including employment letters, verification letters, and termination documentation \nRespond to employee and candidate inquiries while providing timely recruitment and HR administrative support \nRepresent Phasor at career fairs, recruitment events, and post-secondary engagement initiatives \nPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies \nSupport HR programs, policies, and process improvements while collaborating with HR team members across Canada \nMaintain accurate recruitment and employee records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies \nBuild strong relationships across the organization while contributing to a positive candidate and employee experience\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For\n 3-4+ years of recruitment experience within Canada or North America \n Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and hiring managers \n Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field \n Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills \n Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment \n Strong attention to detail and sound problem-solving abilities \n Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills \n Ability to travel occasionally within Canada and the United States \n Experience recruiting within the utilities, engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors is considered an asset \n Ability to complete background checks and drug and alcohol pre-access testing requirements, where applicable \nExpected annual salary: $70,000-$100,000 (actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and current market conditions.)\nBenefits\nWhy Phasor Engineering\nAt Phasor Engineering, you'll have the opportunity to be part of some of North America's most complex utility, industrial, and infrastructure projects while collaborating with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.
