Built on technical excellence, collaboration, and a commitment to safety and quality, we take on complex challenges together. #phasorinclusive\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the structural and civil design of utility, industrial, and infrastructure projects from concept through detailed engineering \nDesign steel and concrete structures, shallow and deep foundations, retaining walls, earthworks, and site development works \nPrepare and review engineering calculations, technical reports, drawings, and design documentation \nEnsure designs comply with applicable Canadian codes, standards, and safety in design principles \nLead small to medium-sized design projects from initiation through completion with minimal supervision \nMentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers \nCollaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and support construction activities as required \nAttend client meetings and build strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders \nManage multiple projects while delivering high-quality work within established schedules \nWhat We're Looking For\n Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering \n Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) \n 10+ years of Civil and Structural engineering experience \n Strong technical knowledge of structural engineering design, including steel and concrete structures, shallow and deep foundations \n Experience with civil design, including site preparation, earthworks, and retaining walls \nWorking knowledge of applicable Canadian engineering codes and standards \nProficiency with STAAD.Pro and AutoCAD; experience with RISA or similar structural analysis software is considered an asset \nStrong communication, leadership, and project management skills \nPrevious experience in industrial civil projects is preferred \nExperience working in an EPC environment and/or high-voltage utility substation design is considered an asset\nExpected annual salary: $95,000-$135,000 (actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and market conditions.) #phasorinclusive\nBenefits\nWhy Phasor Engineering\nAt Phasor Engineering, you'll have the opportunity to be part of some of North America's most complex utility, industrial, and infrastructure projects while collaborating with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.
