Our consulting services emphasize analytics enablement, data preparation, and data science. We specialize in Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Alteryx, KNIME, Power Platform and Snowflake.\nResponsibilities:\nGather client requirements through prototyping and visualization, refining them as needed during the engagement\nExecute consulting engagements successfully, delivering high-quality project outcomes\nManage client expectations through weekly status updates and proactive feedback sessions\nCollaborate with clients to develop scalable, durable analytics solutions using tools such as Alteryx, KNIME and similar low-code/No-code tools along with hands-on experience in SQL, Snowflake, Python and other data sources \nCreating Standard workflows, Analytical apps, reusable Macros and automated reports \nCertification in Advanced level in both Alteryx and KNIME\nManage team time effectively and provide clear project timelines to the Analytics Project Manager, sales team, and leadership\nPartner with the sales team to identify additional sales opportunities within client accounts and assist in account growth and expansion\nLead capability stand-ups, team meetings, and/or workshops\nCollaborate with marketing to identify consultants for blog posts and webinars aligned with the consultant’s expertise\nMentor and manage consultants and senior consultants, ensuring alignment with job descriptions and fostering professional growth\nDrive organic growth of accounts and relationships, fostering extensions and new business opportunities with existing clients\nRequired Experience:\n8+ years of relevant experience and/or demonstrated expertise in data analytics and data visualization platforms\n3+ years of advanced Alteryx experience (creating macros, etc.).Alteryx certification is highly preferred \n\nPrevious Team Lead experience coaching and mentoring junior analytics consultants\nProven experience partnering with clients to create scalable, durable analytics solutions including, but not limited to Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Snowflake, Python, R, AWS and Azure\nData visualization experience with Tableau or Power BI\nExperience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure)\nProven experience to create scalable, durable analytics solutions\nDemonstrated expertise in data fluency and communicating to business users \nKnowledge of SQL and experience leveraging data warehouse, data marts, and/or data models\nExceptional customer facing skills, including but not limited to communication and project management\nStrong problem solving skills with a passion for learning and mastering new technologies, techniques, and procedures\nPrevious Consulting experience in Delivering analytical solutions to external clients highly preferred\nPreferred Experience:\nExperience working with connecting to data sources like SAP, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Databricks, SharePoint etc.\nExperience with Python and/or R Scripting\nWhy phData?
