In this role, you will translate complex business challenges into practical, production-ready Applied AI solutions that deliver measurable value for our clients. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders, senior architects, and cross-functional delivery teams to design and guide implementation of robust AI systems. You will help move AI initiatives from experimentation to production while ensuring reliability, scalability, governance, and responsible AI adoption.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design of end-to-end Applied AI architectures that span predictive ML, MLOps, generative AI, LLM applications, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation aligned to client objectives and constraints.\nTranslate ambiguous business requirements into clear solution designs, technical requirements, implementation roadmaps, and measurable success criteria for client engagements.\nGuide and contribute hands-on to prototypes, proofs of concept, and production implementations, ensuring high-quality delivery, robust integrations, and smooth transition into reliable production operations.\nPartner with client and internal stakeholders through discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and roadmap discussions to evaluate AI opportunities, recommend technology choices, and de-risk complex technical decisions.\nEnsure production AI systems are designed and implemented with strong attention to security, observability, evaluation, governance, cost-effectiveness, and ongoing monitoring, retraining, and support.\nAbout You\nYou are a technically rigorous, client-focused problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment.
