You will challenge the status quo, lead with AI, and guide stakeholders through AI and digital transformations to ensure every dollar spent on technology delivers measurable business value.\nCore Responsibilities \nExecutive & Stakeholder Discovery\nLead high-impact interviews and workshops with Executives, IT, and Business Stakeholders to uncover root-cause problems and define project vision, scope, and success metrics.\nUnderstand enterprise business strategy and align solutions to clear business outcomes.\nProcess & Value Stream Design\nMap “As-Is” and “To-Be” value streams and business processes \nIdentify bottlenecks and automation/AI opportunities, distinguishing full automation from human-augmented workflows.\nQuantify benefits (cycle time, error reduction, capacity, CSAT) to support prioritization.\nRequirements for Data, AI & GenAI\nElicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, including for AI/ML and GenAI features.\nCapture business rules, decision logic, and user journeys.\nDefine data requirements (sources, quality, latency, privacy constraints).\nSpecify model behavior, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop interactions.\nAddress non-functional needs (performance, explainability, auditability, SLAs).\nDelivery, Change & Outcomes\nNavigate complex organizational hierarchies and goals to build consensus.\nSupport experimentation and rollout (PoCs, pilots), including test design, feedback loops, training, SOP updates, and communications.\nPartner with architects and developers to ensure designs meet business needs and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nOwn the quality and readiness of BA deliverables and coach project team members.\nDrive project outcomes by keeping alignment between business objectives, implementation, and success metrics.\nAI-Enabled BA Practice & Client Relationships\nUse Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Glean, agents) to accelerate analysis, documentation, and solution design-letting the tech do the heavy lifting while you validate outputs, synthesize themes, and recommend future states.\nEstablish, grow, and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor.\nQualifications\n6+ years of experience in business analysis or product development in the data and analytics industry.\n4+ years of experience in a client-facing consulting environment.\nDemonstrated ability to facilitate interviews and workshops across multiple domains and organizational levels, translating ambiguous needs into clear, structured requirements and user stories.\nExceptional communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.\nExpertise in Agile life cycles and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio or similar).\nHands-on experience leveraging AI to accelerate day-to-day BA activities in client delivery.\nUnderstanding of adoption and change management approaches and familiarity with industry-standard strategy frameworks.\nComfortable with ambiguity, with strong curiosity for the “why” behind the “what.”\nProven ability to coach and mentor others and contribute to reusable BA artifacts.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nphData celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
