Lead Engineering Execution : \n\n- Own end-to-end delivery of engineering initiatives from architecture and design through production deployment.\n\n- Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with long-term platform architecture.\n\n- Drive engineering best practices in code quality, testing, observability, and system reliability.\n\n2. Architect Scalable Systems : \n\n- Design and build large-scale distributed systems that power enterprise SaaS products.\n\n- Ensure systems are secure, highly available, and scalable to support global enterprise workloads.\n\n- Lead architecture discussions and guide teams in building microservices-based cloud-native systems.\n\n3. Build and Develop High-Performing Teams : \n\n- Hire, mentor, and grow a team of strong software engineers.\n\n- Provide technical guidance, career coaching, and performance feedback.\n\n- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and engineering excellence.\n\n4. Drive Operational Excellence : \n\n- Ensure production systems meet reliability, performance, and scalability targets.\n\n- Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and long-term reliability improvements.\n\n- Improve engineering efficiency through automation, tooling, and development best practices.\n\n5.
