automation scripts for Web applications\nPerform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing\nDevelop and execute basic API automation tests using tools such as RestAssured / PyTest\nIdentify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps\nPerform root cause analysis of test failures and collaborate with developers for resolution\nExecute automated test suites and analyze test results\nParticipate in CI/CD automation and integrate test execution into pipelines\nWork closely with developers, product teams, and senior QA engineers to understand requirements and testing needs\nParticipate in sprint planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, and release validation activities\nContribute to improving test coverage, automation stability, and overall product quality\n\nTechnical Skills Required\n\nMandatory Skills\n\n2–4 years of experience in QA Automation / SDET / Software Testing\nHands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver\nHands-on experience with Playwright\nProficiency in Java or Python\nStrong understanding of OOPS concepts\nBasic to intermediate experience in API testing/automation\nUnderstanding of REST APIs and HTTP methods\nExposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps\nGood understanding of SQL and database validation\nGood understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments\nGood understanding of software testing lifecycle and defect management\n\nGood to Have\n\nExposure to Docker/Kubernetes\nExposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter / Gatling\nExposure to cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP\nBasic understanding of security testing\nExposure to Git and version control
