software products for Phenom People's talent experience solutions.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\n\n- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using various programming languages and technologies.\n\n- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the products.\n\n- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the products.\n\n- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.\n\n- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.\n\n- Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team.\n\n- Experience in software development, product development organization experience preferred.\n\n- Able to understand long-term technical architecture to support SAAS offering, directly impacting product development efforts.\n\n- Be able to distill business objectives into technical solutions through effective system design.\n\n- Be able to work independently on a project-by project basis and also work in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.\n\n- Be able to provide technical and analytical solutions to evaluate the merits and challenges of a product idea.\n\n- Good to have experience of integrations with Third Party offerings.\n\nWhat Youve Done : \n\n- 4 to 6 years of experience in product development engineering in Java/J2EE, Data Structures & Algorithms, Microservices, Design Patterns, Distributed Systems, Mongo DB and WebServices.\n\n- Hands-On Solution Architecture & System Design Experience is mandatory.\n\n- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.\n\n- Experience with back-end development.\n\n- Proficiency in Java programming language.\n\n- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.\n\n- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\n- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.\n\n- Strong communication and collaboration skills.\n\nEducation
