Our Sales Development Administrator is primarily responsible for ensuring our website accurately shows inventory; that all photos are current and professional for units available at the dealerships. They are also responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Development department. They approach each interaction and transaction with the goal of exceeding customer expectations.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nSet and record/track RV Sales appointments in CRM\n\nDiligently and accurately record prospective customer's information\n\nMonitor response time on all incoming leads\n\nMaintain a thorough knowledge of all digital marketing activity/campaigns\n\nAdhere to scripts and talking points provided for each type of phone call accepted or made\n\nSchedule additional follow up based on contact, log notes and appropriate stage changes with customers\n\nWhat You Need to Have for the Role:\nClear and concise written and verbal communication\n\nResults driven and motivated for sales\n\nExcellent customer service\n\nEffectively manages responsibilities with time management to reach goals\n\nAbility to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills\n\nHas prior CRM experience and is very computer savvy\n\nPrevious sales experience a plus\n\nMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices\n\nGeneral Compensation Disclosure\nThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
