and power management technologies.\nPerform circuit simulation, characterization, and performance verification.\nGenerate test reports and technical documentation.\nProduct Validation & Troubleshooting\nConduct electrical, thermal, EMC/EMI, reliability, and performance testing.\nDebug hardware and system-level issues.\nSupport root-cause analysis of customer returns and field failures.\nWork closely with design engineering teams to implement corrective actions.\nTechnical Sales Support\nDeliver customer presentations, product demonstrations, and technical training.\nParticipate in customer design reviews and engineering discussions.\nSupport RFI, RFQ, and technical compliance activities.\nAssist in developing competitive product comparisons and positioning.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork with design, quality, manufacturing, and product management teams.\nProvide feedback on customer requirements for future product development.\nSupport new product introduction (NPI) activities.\nHelp define specifications for next-generation power products.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.\nMaster's degree in Power Electronics preferred.\nExperience\n5+ years of experience in power electronics, power supply design, applications engineering, or related field.\nExperience supporting customers in a technical role preferred.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong understanding of:AC-DC power supplies\nDC-DC converters\nFlyback, Forward, LLC, Half-Bridge, Full-Bridge topologies\nPower Factor Correction (PFC)\nPoE (IEEE 802.3af/at/bt)\nBattery charging systems\nSi, SiC, and GaN power devices\nThermal design and management\nEMC/EMI compliance\n\nProficiency with:Oscilloscopes\nPower analyzers\nElectronic loads\nNetwork analyzers\nSpectrum analyzers\nThermal test equipment\n\nExperience using:LTspice\nPSpice\nMATLAB/Simulink\nPower electronics simulation tools\n\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience with PoE systems and Ethernet power delivery.\nFamiliarity with UL, IEC, FCC, CE, and Energy Efficiency standards.\nKnowledge of digital power control techniques.\nExperience supporting global customers and manufacturing teams.\nUnderstanding of reliability analysis, MTBF calculations, and design verification methods.\nKey Competencies\nStrong
