Clearwater, FL.\nJOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:\nPerform as a ticket sales representative for ticketed events at BayCare Ballpark for current and upcoming events using a computer-based sales system (ProVenue)\nAssist in the daily operations of the Ticket Office; including mailings, answering phones, filing orders and other duties as assigned.\nHelp in resolving customer ticketing issues.\nCommunicate effectively with fellow co-workers and guests.\nPerforms associated administrative or clerical tasks, which may include special projects, correspondence, and/or program related activities.\nPerforms miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.\nSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:\nKnowledge of cash management principles and/or procedures.\nKnowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.\nSkill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.\nAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.\nStrong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation.\nKnowledge of ticket office workflow patterns and associated staffing requirements.\nAbility to handle a flexible work schedule, to include some evenings and weekends.\nAbility to operate a computerized ticketing system.\nKnowledge of automated events seating charts.\nAbility to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.\nAbility to
