\n建立并维护与科室主任、医院管理层及核心专家的长期合作关系; \n制定并执行客户成功计划及年度发展规划。\n客户成功管理\n推动客户实现设备价值最大化; \n提升产品利用率及客户满意度; \n持续跟踪客户业务发展及临床成果; \nKOL及专家网络建设\n建立和发展区域及全国专家网络; \n签约及培养品牌大使（Brand Ambassador）; \n提升专家参与度和飞利浦品牌影响力; \n打造行业标杆案例。\n临床证据建设\n推动论文、摘要(Abstract)、壁报(Poster)及病例成果发表; \n支持科研项目及专家合作研究; \n建立符合中国市场需求的临床证据体系。\n示教中心和培训中心建设\n建设Center of Excellence（卓越中心）; \n建设Show Site及培训中心; \n每年组织学术会议、研讨会及专家论坛; \n打造区域临床创新平台。\n行业生态建设\n与学会、医院、政府机构及产业合作伙伴建立战略合作关系; \n推动区域临床创新项目; \n提升飞利浦在行业中的专业影响力和领导地位。\n我们期待您具备（You're The Right Fit If）\n工作经验（Experience）\n10年以上医疗行业相关经验;
