You will leverage AI-driven forecasting tools, historical data analysis, and stakeholder insights to deliver robust planning outcomes that support business growth.\nYour role:\nForecast Development\nCreate Sales, Marketing, and Consensus forecasts for the assigned planning horizon.\n\nUtilise AI baseline forecasts validated with Supply Chain analytics and enrich with inputs from Sales, Customers, Project Managers, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other teams.\n\nData Analysis & Insights\nReview historical sales trends and inventory flows.\n\nResearch and analyse demand drivers to improve forecast accuracy.\n\nForecast Accuracy & Continuous Improvement\nMonitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions to enhance performance.\n\nGap Closing & Scenario Planning\nSupport relevant functions in creating and communicating gap-closing scenarios.\n\nMeeting Preparation & Forecast Adjustment\nPrepare, plan, and revise forecasts for Sales/Order Intake (OIT) Review Meetings and Demand Sign-off Meetings.\n\nAdjust forecasts based on meeting outputs.\n\nSales Review Meeting Management\nConsolidate meeting inputs and prepare pre-read decks.\n\nDocument and distribute output actions post-meeting.\n\nInventory Management\nManage inventory levels to align with demand plans.\n\nSAP Data Quality & Order Monitoring\nDrive SAP data quality with central Order Management team.\n\nMonitor all orders on hand, including PO to factory, PMG GI (factory ship date), CDD vs RDD alignment, and back orders.\n\nHandover to Physical Distribution/Philips CT once goods are dispatched.\n\nSupply Monitoring & Issue Resolution\nClosely monitor supply situations and notify stakeholders.\n\nIdentify issues and apply corrective actions promptly\n\nYou're the right fit if you have:\nBachelor's OR minimum 4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis or equivalent.\n\nStrong continuous improvement mindset.\n\nCustomer focus and quality minded.\n\nStrong experience working in diverse teams in complex business\n\nExperience in using O9 is a plus.\n\nWorking experience in Multi-cultural environment.\n\nHow we work together\nWe believe that we are better together than apart.
