Minimum required Education:\nBachelor's / Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Science or equivalent.\nMinimum required Experience:\nMinimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Quality Engineering, Safety Engineering, R&D Engineering or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.\nPreferred Certification:\nSix Sigma Green Belt\nPreferred Skills:\nDesign Quality Management\nData Analysis & Interpretation\nDesign for Quality (DFQ)\nRoot Cause Analysis (RCA)\nCAPA Methodologies\nRegulatory Requirements\nPrivacy, Safety and Security Risk Assessment\nTechnical Documentation\nContinuous Improvement\nProduct Quality and Reliability\nDefect Management\nDesign Verification Planning\nDesign Validation Planning\nProduct Test Design\nHow we work together\nWe believe that we are better together than apart.
