Use data-driven performance metrics to continuously improve outcomes and support long-term business growth.\nYou're the right fit if:\nYou’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in engineering, operations, or project management, preferably in medical device industry.\nYour skills include understanding of NPI, Lifecycle, PDLM and solutions processes, R&D development processes, SAP, manufacturing production processes, how changes to existing products affect the products in areas of performance and quality manufacturing, project management, PMP & Windchill nice to have.\nYou have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, related field or equivalent.\nYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.\nYou’re a strong cross-functional collaborator with excellent communication skills that can influence outside your direct team.\nHow we work together\nWe believe that we are better together than apart.
