Required Qualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n12+ years of experience in software architecture, especially with app ecosystems or digital platforms, with hands on experience in Coding\nStrong expertise in Cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API-design.\nExperience designing mobile and web application architectures tailored for consumer health and personal care domains.\nProven ability to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric digital solutions across product lines.\nExcellent collaboration and communication skills within agile, cross-functional teams.\nExperience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools. Preferred Skills\nHands on experience in IOS/Android and Cloud\nExperience integrating AI/ML capabilities into grooming and beauty apps.\nKnowledge of IoT ecosystems and smart device connectivity in personal care products.\nPrior experience with similar consumer product ecosystems.\nWorking experience in global, distributed teams How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
