service strategy and operational delivery.\nEnsure reliable, secure, and highly available connectivity between all Signify offices, factories, distribution centers, cloud platforms, and external partners.\nGovern SD-WAN architecture, routing policies, path selection, segmentation, and resiliency.\nDrive optimization of bandwidth utilization, network performance, and user experience.\nDefine connectivity standards and architecture guidelines in cooperation with enterprise architecture and security teams.\nEnsure seamless integration between WAN, LAN, Cloudflare, Secure Web Gateway, ZTNA, and security services.\nOversee life-cycle management and modernization of WAN infrastructure.\nSupplier & Service Provider Management\nAct as the primary operational owner for externally delivered WAN and connectivity services.\nEstablish strong governance with service providers and strategic partners.\nLead operational reviews, service management reviews, and executive governance meetings.\nMonitor supplier compliance against contractual SLAs, KPIs, and service commitments.\nDrive supplier accountability and service improvement initiatives.\nLead escalations for major incidents and chronic service issues.\nSupport sourcing, procurement, contract renewals, and vendor selection activities.\nEnsure suppliers comply with Signify security, audit, and compliance requirements.\nService Transformation & Continuous Improvement\nLead initiatives to modernize network services and operating models.\nDrive automation and self-service capabilities where appropriate.\nImprove operational efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.\nStandardize processes, tooling, monitoring, and reporting.\nIdentify opportunities for simplification, consolidation, and cost optimization.\nSupport introduction of new technologies including Cloudflare, ZTNA, SSE, and Secure Access solutions.\nMajor Incident & Change Management\nProvide leadership during critical incidents affecting business operations.\nCoordinate cross-functional recovery efforts.\nEnsure proactive problem management and root-cause elimination.\nGovern high-risk infrastructure changes.\nImprove operational resilience and change success rates.\nSecurity, Risk & Compliance\nEnsure network services operate according to enterprise security standards.\nWork and security best practices.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\nMinimum 10 years of experience in enterprise networking.\nMinimum 5 years of leadership experience managing global infrastructure or networking teams.\nProven experience managing enterprise LAN, WAN, Wireless and Security platforms.\nProven experience managing global WAN and SD-WAN environments.\nExperience managing outsourced network services and strategic suppliers.\nExperience supporting highly distributed
