You will partner with hiring managers, universities and internal stakeholders to attract young talent and deliver a positive candidate experience.\n Your role:\nManage high-volume Early Career recruitment, from job opening through assessment (using HireVue), selection and offer.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.\nBuild strong relationships with universities and student organizations to develop sustainable early-career talent pipelines.\nLead and support campus recruitment, career fairs, university events, talent marketing, and employer branding activities.\nEnsure timely communication and a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.\nMaintain accurate recruitment information and ensure compliant execution of hiring processes and local Early Career requirements.\nCollaborate with the wider ECT team and support recruitment across other markets based on business needs.\n You're the right fit if:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources (HR), Organizational Development, or a related field.\nSolid experience in recruitment or a related HR area, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities and priorities.\nStrong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.\nInterest or experience in university relations, talent marketing, or employer branding.\nNative-level Portuguese and fluent English.\nComfortable using recruitment systems and digital assessment tools.\nProactive, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.\nHow we work together\nWe believe that we are better together than apart.
