As part of the Service engineering organization, you will contribute to providing the right data, context, and approach which will change the way we do business and make a difference for our customers.\nYour role:\nCustomer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites.\nAssisting in service repair, preventative maintenance, field change orders / installations.\nIdentifying and solving customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication, and involving Service and Sales teams as appropriate.\nOperating under required knowledge of regulatory requirement.\nAs a Field Service engineer you will be working as a team member of Service delivery team in Central region and reporting to Area Service Delivery Manager.\nYou're the right fit if you have:\nUniversity degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering and Electronics Technology degree or any other relevant engineering major.\nPrevious hands-on experience servicing medical or other high technology equipment. Preferably demonstrated, repair and troubleshooting skills with experience in one of our modalities appreciated.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and good level of English\nAbility to demonstrate superior customer service skills daily - required.\nDriving license and willingness to travel.\nWe kindly request you to apply with your CV in English.\nCompensation & benefits\nDoing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €40,500.00-€63,420.00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.\nThis role is eligible for short-time incentive, with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results.
