Your personal development is at the heart of it all.\nYour assignments:\nAs a Philips Graduate Development Program Trainee you will be located in our factory in Best where you will work on 2 different assignments of 12 months each. Via this way you will be able to gain exposure across different operations departments. \nIn this program you will be identifying and driving projects in the different factories (Components Repair & Refurbishment Factory, Image Guided Therapy Factory, Magnetic Resonance Factory and Diagnostic X-Ray Factory). You will work on projects that focus on process improvements, scalability, quality and compliancy, productivity, training, planning etc.\nDuring this 2-year program you will have the opportunity to learn:\nStakeholder management on all different levels and departments: factory management, operations, procurement, R&D, quality etc.\nOperational excellence, hands on experience in operational environment.\nWithin the factory, you can see End-2-End how a factory is sustained from all aspects.\nDeliverables of the projects are very tangible, and the implementation is key.\nAs you will be working closely with our employees in the factory it is very important that you are willing to be in the factory for 5 days per week (fulltime).\nYou're the right fit if:\nRecently graduated Masters/Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain/Operations Management/ Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering (emphasis in operations preferred)\n0-2 years business experience in manufacturing and supply chain within a regulated environment\nStrong communication, planning and organizational skills\nYou are interested and/or work with AI\nTeam player, passionate for results and people.
