Initiates design/process changes within at supplier sites, guided by PDLM-managed projects, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to standards and timelines throughout the process.\nPartner with the CM, procurement, planning, and internal supply chain teams to improve on-time delivery (OTD/OTIF), material availability, lead times, inventory performance, and production capacity, proactively identifying and mitigating supply constraints.\nComponent Lifecycle & Obsolescence Management: Own proactive lifecycle management of electrical, electronic, and electromechanical components, including BOM health, PCN/EOL monitoring, obsolescence risk, alternate component identification, last-time-buy decisions, and supplier continuity, coordinating design changes and qualifications where required\nUse structured problem-solving and data-driven methods to address manufacturing and supply-chain performance gaps, including supplier issues, component shortages, yield/capacity constraints, cost opportunities, and recurring production problems. Drive corrective actions through the CM and internal cross-functional teams.\nYou're the right fit if:\nYou’ve acquired 2+ years of experience with Bachelor's in Manufacturing/Operations environment, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering\nYou have a Bachelor's or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Sciences, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.\nYou have a Lean Six Sigma Certification\nYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.\nHow we work together\nWe believe that we are better together than apart.
