Join the Service Enablement Team (SET), and help us deliver two key service transformation programs. You will work closely with project managers and colleagues across regions and businesses, gaining hands-on exposure to how large global programs are planned, executed, and improved.\nYour role:\nSupport the execution of two service transformation programs in collaboration with project managers and the wider Service Enablement Team.\nAssist with program preparation activities, documentation, and operational coordination.\nContribute to transformation-related workstreams and help manage day-to-day program activities.\nConduct data analysis when required and turn findings into clear reports and actionable insights.\nWork with the tools, processes, and governance used to run large international programs.\nParticipate in meetings with global operations, functional teams, and business units, building an understanding of international collaboration.\nYou're the right fit if:\nYou are studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Engineering, Change Management, Mathematics, Physics, or another quantitative or analytical discipline.\nYou are curious, proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable developing in a complex corporate environment.\nYou have strong analytical skills and enjoy using data to support reporting and decision-making.\nYou communicate professionally and clearly, both verbally and in writing, in English.\nYou can collaborate effectively with colleagues from different functions, regions, and business units.\nYou are organized, detail-oriented, and able to support multiple activities in a structured way.\nHow we work together\nWe believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week at our Best office. You will be part of a core team based in Best while collaborating with colleagues around the world.\nWe offer you:\nA non-stop growth opportunity within our global Service Enablement Team and Philips. In addition, we also want to remunerate you well for the opportunity. This includes:\nMonthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on your education level and if you need to relocate to The Netherlands. Part-time internships receive the allowance pro-rata.\nHousing compensation. Should you need to relocate near our office, we'll offer you a monthly allowance of €300 net if the location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, and €255 net for all other Philips locations. To be eligible, we'll ask for the rental contract from your landlord, and your usual home-work travel distance needs to be more than 50 km or 1.5 hours of travel time for a one-way trip.\nTravel compensation.
