# Internship: HR

The HR Internship – Manufacturing People Partner Support is a hands‑on HR internship within a high‑volume manufacturing environment in Drachten, a leading hub for advanced manufacturing in the Netherlands. As part of the Manufacturing People Partner team, you will play an active role in HR operations, data analysis and local employee relations, contributing directly to the people, processes and culture of a large production facility. Start date: As of February 2027. Duration: at least 6 months. Type: Internship (non-thesis). Hours per week: 40h (minimum 32h). Job type: Full time. Location: Drachten, Friesland, Netherlands. It’s not possible to write a thesis with this internship. Your role: Support absenteeism processes, including registration, administration and leader follow‑up.
