You will contribute to the preparation of customer activity reports, support customer experience initiatives, and assist with commercial and tender-related activities. Your work will help improve service performance visibility, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure the timely execution of key business processes.\nDetail elements of the team and stakeholders for this role.\nYou will work closely with Service Commercial Team, Service Delivery Managers, Field Service Engineers, and other Service stakeholders. You will collaborate across functions to gather and analyze service data, prepare customer-facing reports, support Net Promoter Score (NPS) activities, and contribute to the preparation of documentation for commercial proposals and public tenders.\nWhat are the professional and personal opportunities for development within this role?\nThis internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare services environment. You will gain practical exposure to customer reporting, data analysis, service operations, customer experience programs, commercial processes, and tender management. The role will help you develop analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication skills, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.\nYou're the right fit if: (4 x bullets max)\n· Experience:\nYou are a student or recent graduate looking for your first professional experience in Healthcare industry. Any previous internship or academic project is a plus, but not required.\n· Skills:\nYou are analytical, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to work with data and reports. You are proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable collaborating with different teams. A good level of English is required.\n· Education:\nYou are currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field (a plus, not a requirement).\n· Anything else:\nYou are comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools is a plus. You are interested in customer experience, business analytics, service operations, and commercial processes within the healthcare industry.\nHow we work together\nWe believe that we are better together than apart.
