IT PM Intern for PH BusinessJob Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support on the PH Project by tracking open items, following up on pending actions, and helping ensure timely closure of outstanding tasks.
- Assist in system daily operations, including operational coordination, basic issue tracking, and documentation support.
- Provide general support to the PH IT archi team, such as preparing simple materials, organizing information, and assisting with internal coordination when needed.
- Help maintain project-related documents, meeting notes, and status trackers to support overall project execution and transparency.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate student in Information Systems, Computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented working style.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Teams is a plus.
- Ability to support multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Good English and Chinese communication skills.
