This role focuses on building conversational capabilities, integrating systems, maintaining platform stability, and enabling new use cases. The engineer will work closely with the Virtual Chatbot Lead, product teams, SMEs, and automation squads to deliver high-quality chatbot experiences.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Chatbot Development & Configuration\nBuild and maintain conversational flows, intents, entities, prompts, and logic.\nConfigure LLM powered components and optimize responses for accuracy and relevance.\nImplement enhancements based on user feedback, analytics, and new requirements.\n2. Integration & Automation\nDevelop and maintain API integrations between the chatbot and enterprise platforms (ITSM, HR, Operations, workflow engines, etc.).\nSupport automation use cases, including GenAI based and hyperautomation scenarios.\nTroubleshoot integration failures and ensure end to end functionality.\n3. Platform Support & Operations\nMonitor chatbot performance, logs, and system health.\nResolve defects, improve stability, and ensure timely issue resolution.\nMaintain documentation, configuration records, and release notes.\n4. Knowledge & Content Management\nUpdate and validate knowledge articles and chatbot content.\nCollaborate with SMEs to ensure information accuracy and clarity.\nStandardize tone, format, and compliance across all chatbot responses.\n5. Quality Assurance\nConduct testing for new features, intents, integrations, and releases.\nValidate conversation flows, AI outputs, and operational behavior.\nAssist in creating test plans, regression suites, and user validation cycles.\n6. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement\nWork with product owners, engineers, automation teams, and business stakeholders.\nProvide insights using analytics to boost containment, accuracy, and user experience.\nExplore new tools, LLM features, and AI capabilities to enhance the platform.\nYour qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.\n2-5 years of experience in chatbot development or application engineering.\nHands-on experience with Conversational AI platforms (Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Dialogflow, etc.).\nWorking knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and scripting (Python/JS preferred).\nGood understanding of NLP/NLU basics and prompt engineering.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nSuccess Indicators\nHigh-quality, error-free feature delivery.\nImproved chatbot accuracy, containment, and stability.\nTimely issue resolution and strong support during releases.\nPositive collaboration with stakeholders and internal teams.\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
