You will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining product information in our system. Your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence safeguards the accuracy and completeness of our master data, supporting smooth business operations and helping create seamless experiences that build confidence, trust, and lasting connections with our brand.\nKey Areas of Responsibility\n1. Data Management & Quality\nuthorization requests\nMonitor data for errors and inconsistencies, proactively addressing issues to maintain high data quality.\nSafeguard the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across all systems and reports.\n2. Process Improvement & Support\nIdentify needs and drive implementation of data-related improvements across systems and processes.\nSupport process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within our data management workflows.\nAssist with resolving master data tasks and challenges related to product and customer information and syndication.\n3. System & Tool Administration\nMaintain and improve product specifications within various product information management systems tools (SAP, STEP Stibo etc.).\nUse automation in the “Vista” landscape to optimize and automate repetitive tasks.\nDaily management of local tasks (PAD, CPL etc.) via “Consumer Vista”\nE-Training video creation with Clipchamp to complete the Knowledge Hub in Vista\n4. Stakeholder Collaboration\nWork closely with internal customers, global colleagues, and cross-functional teams to prioritize and solve master data-related requirements.\nProvide expert consultation on complex master data topics and support regional/global data specialists with various tasks and projects.\nTrain the organization on local standard tools and processes for data management.\n5. Reporting & Analysis\nIdentify needs for data management reports, create concepts, and track relevant KPIs to ensure the highest level of master data quality and consistency.\nAnalyze, address, and solve non-standard master data topics, providing actionable insights for business improvement.\n6. Support & Troubleshooting\nManage 1st and 2nd Level support for data-related topics in our tools (SAP, Shuttle for Customer, STEP Stibo, SQL Server, Consumer Vista, etc.).\nSupport the global and local MIP process for new products with regards to product information.\nOversee product & customer data management in SAP ERP, STEP Stibo, and Shuttle for Customer, including local product activations and SAP Vistex price uploads/tracking.\nCritical Experiences & Your Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field with working experience in data management\nExperience with product and customer data and information management tools (SAP, Step Stibo) and SAP GRC authorization processes\nProficiency and experience with Microsoft Office/Excel, SAP ERP/Vistex\nAdditional advantage: experience with 1WorldSync, SQL Server, SQL, Excel VBA and Python \nFluent English, another European language is an advantage\nPrecise and conscientious; yet able to keep an eye on the big picture at the same time\nWith a curious mind and highly motivated\nAble to function in a dynamic international fastmoving environment.\nExperience with project management or coordination of cross-functional tasks\nStructural approach (LEAN) and execution mindset\nExperience in managing stakeholders in an international environment\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
