application-management perspective.\nEnsure theavailability, stability, performance, and continuous improvement of SAP GTS.\nManage the application lifecycle, including incidents, problems, service requests, changes, releases, upgrades, and enhancements.\nEstablish and maintain application management processes, standards, and documentation.\nAct as the escalation point for complex SAP GTS issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams, SAP, and external service providers.\nManage and prioritize the global GTS application backlog in collaboration with business stakeholders.\nEnsure appropriate testing, release management, and deployment practices for GTS changes.\nExport Controls & Sanctions\nOwn and continuously improve SAP GTS capabilities supportingExport Control and Sanctions Compliance.\nManage and optimize processes for sanctioned-party screening, legal control checks, embargo controls, and related compliance requirements.\nEnsure GTS solutions support changing global trade regulations and company compliance policies.\nWork closely with Trade Compliance and Legal teams to translate regulatory requirements into effective system solutions.\nSupport IT strategy.\nRequired Experience & Skills\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience inInformation Technology, Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related discipline.\nSignificant experience with SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) in an application management, consulting, or solution ownership role.\nStrong functional knowledge of:SAP GTS Export Control\nSanctions / Legal Control\nTrade & Customs\nCustoms declarations and related processes\nSAP GTS reporting and analytics\nIntegration between GTS and SAP ERP/S/4HANA\n\nExperience managing aglobal SAP application in a complex, multinational organization.\nStrong understanding of international trade, customs, export controls, and sanctions processes.\nExperience with SAP GTS implementations, enhancements, upgrades, or global rollouts.\nStrong understanding of SAP integration concepts and interfaces.\nExperience working with external SAP/application-support partners.\nStrong incident, problem, change, and release management experience.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into practical IT solutions.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nFluent English; additional languages are an advantage.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience withSAP GTS Edition for SAP HANA / S/4HANA and/or SAP GTS 11.0.\nExperience with global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.\nKnowledge of SAP integration technologies and APIs.\nExperience with customs authorities and electronic customs communication.\nExperience in a highly regulated or multinational environment.\nFamiliarity with ITIL-based application management processes.\nExperience managing application roadmaps, budgets,
