Leads or delivers digital projects end-to-end, from requirements and design to deployment, user training and reporting, in partnership with cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders.\nDigital & Smart Factory Solutions: Develops and integrates manufacturing systems, dashboards, applications and automated workflows to digitalise factory processes and enable timely, data-driven decisions. Evaluates and pilots Industry 4.0 technologies and use cases.\nContinuous Improvement: Applies Lean and Six Sigma methods to analyse processes, identify root causes and measure the impact of digital solutions.\nSystem Maintenance: Ensures reliable operation of digital solutions through compliance with IT and validation procedures, up-to-date documentation and user support.\nExecutes the above with embedded quality into the way of working with adherence to safety, cost regulatory and environmental requirements as well as local laws, Philips General Business principles and other policies\nYou're the right fit if you have:\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical ,Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent \nMinimum 1 year of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering environment in a similar role \nHands-on experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform) and/or programming and database skills (e.g., SQL, Python) to build applications and automate workflows.\nAbility to collect, analyse and visualise manufacturing data, and to build dashboards (e.g., Power BI) that support timely, data-driven decisions.\nWorking knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, and familiarity with generative AI tools and AI agents to automate tasks and improve decision-making.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, ERP/SAP) and shopfloor connectivity, including basic system integration concepts.\nProject management skills, including managing requirements, timelines and stakeholders across cross-functional teams.\nStrong communication, documentation and user training skills, with awareness of IT change control, system validation and data security practices.\nHow we work together\nWe believe that we are better together than apart.
