This role ensures the chatbot delivers high-quality, scalable, and secure conversational experiences for employees, customers, and internal stakeholders. The Lead will manage end-to-end operations, guide a cross-functional squad, and collaborate across product, engineering, automation, and business teams.\nKey Responsibilities: 1. Product & Platform Ownership\n• Define and own the Virtual Chatbot roadmap.\n• Lead LLM integration, intent design, and capability expansion.\n• Track KPIs and improve chatbot accuracy, performance, and user experience.\n2. Technical Leadership\n• Guide architecture, integrations, and solution design.\n• Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance.\n• Support engineering teams with troubleshooting and enhancements.\n3. Stakeholder Management\n• Partner with business teams to onboard and develop new use cases.\n• Translate requirements into technical deliverables.\n• Represent the Virtual Chatbot in demos, reviews, and leadership interactions.\n4. Team & Delivery Management\n• Lead and mentor a cross-functional chatbot squad.\n• Drive backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and quality delivery.\n• Maintain documentation, testing discipline, and release processes.\n5. Conversational AI & Knowledge Management\n• Define conversation flows, intents, prompts, and fallback logic.\n• Oversee knowledge base updates and quality control.\n• Ensure consistent tone and compliance in all user interactions.\n6. Innovation & Automation\nIntroduce AI driven automation and hyperautomation features.\n\n• Integrate chatbot with APIs, workflows, and enterprise platforms.\n• Deliver POCs to keep the platform modern and future ready.\nYour qualifications\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.\n\n6-10+ years in AI, automation, or platform management.\n\nExperience with enterprise chatbot platforms preferred.\n\nTechnical Skills\nExpertise in Conversational AI, LLMs, NLP/NLU frameworks.\n\nExperience with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or similar tools.\n\nStrong API, automation workflow, and architecture knowledge.\n\nFamiliarity with analytics, data privacy, and security principles.\n\nLeadership Skills\nProven experience leading technical or cross-functional teams.\n\nStrong program management and problem solving skills.\n\nAbility to convert business needs into technical solutions.\n\nPreferred Domain Knowledge\nService management, IT operations, or digital transformation.\n\nExperience with automation squads or hyperautomation.\n\nBehavioral Competencies\nStrategic thinker with hands on execution mindset.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder influence.\n\nUser focused, adaptable, and resilient.\n\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
